If you would like 1-1 support and guidance with your nutrition, then this service is for you. Whatever your concerns might be, 1-1 sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and help you reach your goals.

Nutrition Workshops

If you would like to learn more about a specific topic, my one-off nutrition workshops are ideal! Current workshops include: Nutrition in the Menopause, Nutrition for Sustainable Fat Loss and The Truth about Sugar.

Nutrition Courses

Learn more about the foundations of nutrition in a group setting. My nutrition courses run in blocks, with one session per week covering a different topic, such as Portion Size and How to Read Food Labels.
